Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales Representative

high-performing sales professionals

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct scheduled in-home consultations to recommend and sell HVAC solutions Provide honest, expert advice in a customer-focused environment Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate appointments and installations Stay current on the latest heating, cooling, and ventilation products Work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC or in-home sales experience, OR 5+ years of successful sales experience in a high-commission environment Fluent in English;

Mandarin and/or Cantonese

is a strong asset Valid driver's license and clean driving record Confident, professional, and self-motivated Strong communication, relationship-building, and upselling skills Able to pass a background check and bondable

Up to $200,000.00 per year (commission-based)
