Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and assess client requirements
Client Acquisitions - new business, managing accounts
Cold Calling - Identifying and contacting potential customers who require waste disposal services, roof vacuuming services, porta potty rentals and septic tank pumping
Inform potential clients of all our services and pricing
Negotiating service agreements
Offering clear upfront pricing and service agreements tailored to customers needs
Maintain or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings
Work in a construction environment
Work closely with management and operations team
Skills and Qualifications
2 plus years of construction sales
Identifying new potential clients and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and customers
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building a strong relations with current and new customers
Self motivated and a track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to handle and track clients and services
Ability to work independently and with team members
Energetic and self motivated
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
