We are seeking an experienced, driven and relationship-focused
Outside Sales Representative - Aerospace
to grow and manage our customer base across Canada. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in aerospace, aviation, or advanced manufacturing who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and representing our aerospace products and services to OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, MROs, and other industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the aerospace sector
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular on-site visits
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (management, traffic, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools
Stay informed on aerospace market trends, competitor activity, and customer programs
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or advanced manufacturing
Strong understanding of aerospace supply chains, materials, components, or services(e.g., structures, components, avionics, MRO, manufacturing, or defense programs)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and within a team, while managing a large geographic territory
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Canada
Preferred Assets
Experience selling to OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or MROs
Technical aptitude or background in engineering, manufacturing, or aviation
Existing network within the Canadian aerospace market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
