We're seeking skilled and reliable Outside Sales Consultants who meet the following criteria:

Have a proven track record in outside sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or renovation-related fields. Are self-starters with excellent time management and follow-up skills. Thrive in a client-facing role and are comfortable meeting customers in their homes. Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Are tech-savvy and able to use CRM tools and digital quoting software. Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll:

Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend suitable door/window solutions. Prepare quotes and proposals, close sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage your own territory, build relationships, and grow your referral base. Collaborate with the install and service teams to ensure a smooth project handoff. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product lines and best practices.
