We're expanding and seeking driven, goal-oriented sales professionals to join our high-performing team. If you're passionate about helping homeowners, excel in consultative sales, and want to be part of a company with a strong track record of success, we'd love to connect. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll meet with prospective clients through scheduled in-home appointments, guiding them through product selections, offering expert recommendations, and helping them confidently move forward with their custom window-covering projects.

This role is focused exclusively on sales--no cold calling required. All appointments are pre-confirmed and provided through our marketing efforts, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: closing sales.

What You'll Do:

Travel from your home to company-generated, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners Conduct in-home consultations, provide product demonstrations, measure spaces, and prepare customized quotes Follow a proven, value-driven sales process to build trust and close sales, ideally on the first visit Attend ongoing trainings and sales meetings Represent the Blindall brand with professionalism and excellence

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license (required) Ability to travel 3 hours daily for appointments (required) Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. of sample materials (required) Comfortable using a laptop and digital tools (required) Previous outside or in-home sales experience is an asset Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process Excellent communication skills and strong closing ability

Compensation and Benefits:

Uncapped, full-commission structure with earnings typically ranging from $70,000-$100,000+ Paid training with ongoing coaching and mentorship Performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule:

Full-time with flexible weekly hours Evening and weekend availability required
