We're looking for a

driven and customer-focused Outside Compressor Sales Representative

to join our growing sales team. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and driving results, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Serve as the primary contact for your customers, coordinating with internal DMC departments throughout the sales cycle. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Support the quoting process by gathering customer information and providing strategic input. Use a consultative approach to assess customer needs and recommend the best technical solutions. Track sales activity, quotes, and customer interactions using CRM software. Stay current on DMC's products, services, and technical capabilities.

What You Bring

2+ years of B2B sales experience

, preferably in the industrial, compressor, or hydraulics sectors. A strong network or knowledge of the

hydraulic/compressor or machining industry

. Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confidence in cold-calling and business development. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license in good standing.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
