Job Summary

: The assembler will be responsible for assembling, calibrating and testing CWT natural gas lines heaters.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Review drawings and perform assembly on CWT natural gas line heaters as directed

Assemble, calibrate and test components as directed

Assist in insulating and cladding as required

Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects

Meet and maintain company quality standards

Actively participates in the implementation and daily routines of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System

Actively participates and cooperates with internal/external ISO Audits

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous assembly experience an asset

High school or equivalent

Key competencies

Able to operate overhead crane and hand tools

Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in English

Able to work well under pressure

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multi-task and establish priorities

Ability to comprehend detailed instructions orally and in writing in English

THIS IS A 3-MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT. At end of contract, there may be possibility of extension based on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
