Out-of-Scope Sessional Lecturer, Learning Communities (ITEP)The College of Education and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for an Out-of-Scope Sessional Lecturer to teach the following community-based courses during the following session(s):2024-2025 Regular Session

Term and Course Dates: Term 2 (January 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025)

Delivery Mode: his course will be offered as a face-to-face Lecture on Beardy's and Okemasis Cree Nation.
Course Schedule: Actual days/times to be determined in consultation with the successful applicant at the discretion of program. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no evenings or weekends without special permission.
Expected Enrollment Limit: 20
Location: Beardy's and Okemasis Cree Nation (approx. 1hr NE of Saskatoon, SK)
Qualifications: Completion of a graduate degree, in Education or related discipline and/or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience. Applicants must possess knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Mxc3xa9tis, and Inuit culture as well as the socio-economic and pedagogical factors associated with teaching this body of students. Strong consideration will be given to those who have previously taught in community-based ITEP courses.A valid driver's license is required for any off campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.Application Process:
