Lammle\xe2\x80\x99s Western Wear and Tack operating since 1983, is family owned and operated in Calgary, Alberta. With stores located throughout Western Canada, we serve both rural and urban centers. We provide authentic western wear for the entire family, in addition to selections of tack for both Western and English equine enthusiasts. You will be driven by sales goals and personal productivity, and strive to deliver excellent customer service. JOB DUTIES: \xc2\xb7 Maintain a thorough knowledge of Lammle\xe2\x80\x99s Western Wear products, and effectively translate knowledge to customer through need recognition \xc2\xb7 Showcase a positive attitude to both the customer and the tasks assigned \xc2\xb7 Strive to reach personal productivity and sales goals \xc2\xb7 Be knowledgeable on current promotions and convey offerings to customer \xc2\xb7 Ensure each customer receives the Lammle\xe2\x80\x99s Experience \xc2\xb7 Lift and distribute merchandise up to 50lbs, refill stock and assist in merchandise display \xc2\xb7 Take pride and attend to store cleanliness and tidiness \xc2\xb7 Process purchases, returns/exchanges and special orders at register using POS system \xc2\xb7 Comply with policy and regulations as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s employee manual with regards to loss prevention QUALIFICATIONS: \xc2\xb7 Strong personal skills, outgoing and able to communicate with co-workers and customers \xc2\xb7 Sales and customer service orientated, ability to identify sales opportunities and problem solve \xc2\xb7 Retail experience is an asset, but not required \xc2\xb7 Flexibility including evenings, and weekends \xc2\xb7 Critical thinking skills, proactive and innovative \xc2\xb7 Western knowledge preferred WE OFFER: \xc2\xb7 Competitive wage/benefits \xc2\xb7 Generous staff discount \xc2\xb7 Flexible schedules and the opportunity to work seasonal events Sound like a good fit?
