We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing both inside sales techniques and telemarketing strategies to achieve targets. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including telemarketing and direct outreach.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our market offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Experience
Previous experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable.
Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is beneficial.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred.
Ability to understand market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
