We\'re looking for a Commercial Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing NuOrder team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact that our potential customers will have throughout their experience with our sales team. If you\'re looking to grow a career in sales, then this is the position for you!

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Drive new business growth, within our commercial brand segment;
  • Connect with top executives from retail brands in North America;
  • Identify customer needs to determine if NuOrder could be a good fit;
  • Prospect, engage, nurture and qualify new leads via phone, email and Linkedin messaging;
  • Collaborate on discovery calls with our Commercial Account Executives that you book with prospective customers;
  • Assist management with iterating on outreach best practices, messaging and developing new strategies to grow our sales pipeline;
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals;
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
What you\'ll be bringing:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in roles where you interacted with senior leadership either externally or internally;
  • Experience working in a target-based environment preferred;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication;
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Nav preferred;
  • English proficiency needed;
  • French or Italian proficiency preferred
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, outgoing, a self-starter;
  • Experience in retail preferred
  • Experience in technology (software, mobile or other) an asset.
