Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to add to our team.We are looking for someone to do our outbound calling for our service customers.Job would inlcude:
- answer calls and respond to emails
- handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
- research required information using available resources
- provide customers with product and service information
- enter new customer information into system
- update existing customer information
- process service orders
- Schedule service calls
- Map technician days to make most efficient time savings
- follow up customer calls where necessary
- document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Dental care

- English & French (required)
