Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The shift is 3 pm to 6pm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the educational development of students.

This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage students effectively.

The Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation among students. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programs. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and behavioral expectations. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Experience

A university degree in Education or a related field is required. LEVEL 1 - required and COMPLETED Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for education is essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds.
