We are looking for a hygienist who wants to be in this type of environment; someone to add to our Team of knowledgeable, experienced, attentive professionals who are passionate about dentistry and always striving to grow in order to give our patients the best care. The individual must have a positive attitude, be willing to grow and continually improve upon their skills, be an excellent communicator, be proficient in the co-diagnosis, treatment and management of periodontal disease. Must be comfortable working on patients of all ages. Experience with Invisalign and iTero is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing.

Patient Education:

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, the importance of preventive care, and post-treatment care.

Treatment Planning:

Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including charting and documentation of treatment.

Infection Control:

Adhere to strict infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our dental team to ensure smooth and effective office operations.

Patient Interaction:

Build rapport with patients, making them feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on the latest dental hygiene techniques and industry best practices.

Fun and Friendly:

Bring a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, supportive workplace.

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Ontario

Invisalign and Laser

are an asset but willing to train

(training paid)

ITERO Scanning for impressions also an asset Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a significant asset Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment A true team player with a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Every Other Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
