Job Description

Security Specialist - OT Security Architect
Location: Regina, SK Onsite
We are seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Architect located in Regina with a strong background in Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting Threat and Risk Assessments (TRAs), implementing risk mitigation strategies, and delivering complex security projects across OT environments. Expertise in Microsoft Azure is essential, particularly in designing secure, scalable solutions that integrate with industrial systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across engineering, IT, and security teams to enhance cyber resilience and ensure compliance within critical infrastructure operations.
Key Requirements:
Threat and Risk Assessments (TRAs) Proven track record conducting TRAs, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending actionable mitigation strategies aligned with governance standards.
Azure Experience/Security Project Experience CISSP or like
Preferred Requirement:
PMP/CAPM and/or Business Analyst training
Deliverables for the Job:
1. Provide sound architectural guidance on security requirements to projects and operational teams.
2. Participate in / perform cyber security threat risk assessments and security analysis. This includes assessing cloud and on-premise applications.
3. Produce deliverables in the form of reports and documented recommendations that the Company would consider implementing, and recommendations to Enterprise Security as requested.
