We're seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Ostomy Care & AADL Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to clients with ostomy needs and assist those utilizing the AADL (Alberta Aids to Daily Living) program. What You'll Do
As our Ostomy Care & AADL Solutions Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Ostomy Care Education: Provide one-on-one education to clients on proper ostomy product usage, troubleshooting, and fitting.
• AADL Program Support: Guide clients through the Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) program, including product selection, billing, and ordering AADL-approved supplies.
• Hernia Belt Fittings: Perform hernia belt fittings, ensuring the correct products are ordered and invoiced.
• Sales Floor Support: Assist clients on the sales floor, answer phone inquiries, and provide information on products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for ostomy clients, AADL users, and walk-in clients.
• Product Recommendations: Offer expert advice on appropriate product solutions and provide hands-on support with product fittings and adjustments.

• Have experience in ostomy care, AADL, or a related healthcare field.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Are comfortable working directly with clients and educating them on medical products and care.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Have knowledge of the AADL program and ostomy products (bonus but not required).

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Alternating Saturdays once a month from 10:00am- 2:00pm
