JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Osteostrong Session Coach guides people to stronger bones, better balance, and improved strength using cutting edge technology based on sound scientific principles. Session Coaches are part of a team on a mission to give our members the highest level of physical capability while having fun and becoming stronger together. Session Coaches will receive training on Spectrum Equipment, our Musculoskeletal Development System, that delivers unprecedented results to our members.

Must be flexible and open to working on Saturdays and Evenings

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Supervising members throughout their weekly sessions. Moving from one modality to next.

-Supervising members on Spectrum Machines for Osteogenic Loading. Ensuring accurate conduct and safety.

-General Stretches and Balance Improvement excercise on Vibration Plates (1:1 or 1:2 with members)

- Ensure member safety
- Support positive culture
- Memorize and use the session and customer service scripts
- Provide Baseline Markers on the established schedule
- Scheduling sessions
- Open/ Close center per the established guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Welcome, engage, educate, and retain clients
- Promote OsteoStrong and encourage new clients
- Guide members through orientation appointments according to OsteoStrong's standards.

-Basic cleaning of the centre (part of opening and closing tasks).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing while working with members.
- Ability to model basic flexibility and range of motion movements.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

Education: Kinesiology Graduate's and /or individuals with at least 2 year experience in Sports/Health/Wellness industry.

Experience: Minimum 1 year personal trainer/ coach and /or Kinesiology Graduate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
