As an
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
at Developing Hands Pediatric Therapy, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering clinical formal and informal assessments and implementing treatment plans for
infants
,
children
and
adolescents
(ages 0-18) with a variety of diagnoses while adhering to the policies and procedures of the company. Services can be offered
In-Home/Schools/Daycare
(across the GTA),
In-Clinic
(two clinic locations in Mississauga) and or
Virtually
(all across Ontario).

Responsibilities
Conduct Assessments to determine root causes of functional concerns.
Maintain detailed progress notes.
Program/Treatment planning in accordance with the client's needs.
Provide consultation and education to the parents/guardians regarding client's needs and goals.
Work as a cohesive team with fellow colleagues.
Promote a positive, healthy learning environment for our clients.
Provide leadership and support to fellow colleagues.
Maintain a good working relationship with clients and fellow colleagues.
Qualifications
In good standing with the OAO, Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.
Possess at least one year experience providing Osteopath services. Considered an asset.
Ability to communicate effectively both in a verbal and written manner.
Ability to demonstrate personal leadership skills.
Ability to accept feedback, supervision and guidance.
Experience with program planning and implementation.
Experience working with children with a variety of needs/diagnosis.
Exhibits commitment, integrity, and adaptability.
Exhibits self-directed, independent work ethic.
Exhibits enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and self-control.
Abides by the highest ethical standards of practice in accordance with Association and Company guidelines.
