We're currently seeking a
Manual Osteopathic Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
? Perform comprehensive patient assessments including postural analysis, mobility testing, palpation, and functional evaluation.
? Provide hands-on manual osteopathic treatments, such as: - Osteoarticular techniques - Myofascial release - Visceral manipulation - Craniosacral therapy - Muscle energy techniques - Soft tissue mobilization
? Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and osteopathic principles.
? Educate patients on home care, stretching, strengthening, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term improvement.
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, RMTs, Naturopaths, etc.).
? Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports.
? Promote patient retention, recovery, and overall satisfaction through consistent engagement and high-quality care.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice (DOMP) or equivalent from a recognized Canadian institution.
Registration or eligibility for registration with a provincial regulatory or professional osteopathic body in Ontario. Membership with an osteopathic association (e.g., OOA, ACMAO, OCPCC) is preferred.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment within the full scope of osteopathic practice as permitted in Ontario.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome, with mentorship and support provided.
Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills.
