Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath to join our healthcare team. As an Osteopath, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various conditions through manual therapy and other osteopathic techniques, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Utilize osteopathic techniques to address musculoskeletal issues and promote overall health. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care, including acute care and pain management. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems Engage in data collection and research activities to support evidence-based practices within the clinic. Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.

Qualifications

OSTCAN registration. Valid state medical license to practice as an Osteopath. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in osteopathic medicine.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.70-$92.67 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
