Overview

Sportmed Max is seeking a motivated, patient-centred

Osteopath

to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dieppe, New Brunswick. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists, a certified athletic therapist, and a sports medicine physician.

The successful candidate will provide evidence-informed osteopathic care focused on musculoskeletal health, functional improvement, and long-term patient outcomes. This position is well-suited to an osteopath who values collaboration, clinical autonomy, and delivering high-quality, hands-on care without pressure-driven or volume-based treatment models.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive osteopathic assessments, including patient history and functional examination

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function

Deliver hands-on osteopathic manual therapy techniques within scope of practice

Provide patient education on movement, posture, exercise, and self-management strategies

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals

Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation using an electronic medical record system

Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and clinic policies

Engage in ongoing learning and professional development

Qualifications

Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) or equivalent

Eligible to practice osteopathy in New Brunswick

Strong foundation in musculoskeletal and functional assessment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed, patient-centred care

Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment

New graduates and experienced osteopaths are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
