• Operate vehicle-mounted aerial device equipment - experience with cable placers is an asset
• Load and unload equipment and cable trailers
• Outside Plant (OSP) line construction using coax, strand, copper, and fibre cables;
• Testing and troubleshooting as needed;
• MUST be able to fully operate the Line Truck
• Perform aerial telecom construction including (1) pole and anchor placement, (2) strand placement, (3) lashing cable, and (4) transfer of telecom plant from old pole to new pole
• Climbing of poles with spurs or ladder
• Completing construction as per design laid out on plans
• Placement of underground cable in duct
• Completion of daily job specific paperwork
• Work outdoors all year

Requirements:

• Valid AZ or ARZ License is preferred;
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in aerial line construction;
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with aerial devices;
• Management experience is required
• Organized, a self-starter and highly safety oriented;
• A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communication;
• Ability to commute to work.

• Aerial line construction: 2 years (required)
• Management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class G license (required)
• AZ/ARZ Driver\'s License (preferred)
