Duties

Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of technical equipment Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime Document procedures, repairs, and system updates accurately in accordance with company protocols Support clinical staff by providing technical assistance related to medical devices and systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during all technical activities Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows and troubleshoot complex problems Maintain organized records of all technical activities and inventory management

Requirements

Proven experience or education related to technical support or engineering roles Strong knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and documentation effectively Strong communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with clinical staff Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety standards Prior experience working with medical equipment or healthcare systems is a plus
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$42.07 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
