MAKING AN IMPACT






The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing tools and strategies that support employees throughout their entire life cycle within the organization. This position involves creating solutions that enhance employee experiences from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values and to help high performing teams function more effectively particularly during times of change.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

:







Design tools for various employee life cycle stages: onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding. Collaborate with the HRBP team to create tools for managing performance issues and refining leadership styles. Enhance performance management processes to align with organizational values and improve outcomes. Create tools and processes to foster a metrics-driven culture within performance management. Recommend and design optimal organizational structures, job levels, and job descriptions. Develop succession and high-potential growth plans to promote continuous learning and development. Identify skill gaps and recommend training or hiring solutions. Work with the L&D team to create and deliver skill-building and performance-driving training programs. Implement strategies to boost employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture. Support leaders and teams through transitions and growth with HR focused initiatives. Contribute to our culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity (DIBE) by ensuring that all staff feel represented, valued, and heard across all aspects of their identity.

QUALIFICATIONS:






Required

Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficiency in data analysis and performance management tools. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. English fluency is required
Preferred

Certification in Change Management or Organizational Development is considered a strong asset. Experience in a non-profit or healthcare organization. French/Bilingualism (French /English) is an asset due to the organization's nationwide operations.
