Individual responsibilities

Accountable

Make sure change management is consistent with Cascades\' approach and ensure retention of competent and engaged staff.

Responsible
  • Develop and rethink the processes for organizational improvement and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage projects in partnership with various stakeholders and create conditions for these projects to succeed.
  • Advise managers and, as an expert, recommend innovative solutions for delivering an employee experience.
  • Assess organizational capacity and needs for support in developing a strategy tailored to organizational needs and for different business partners.
  • Propose, create and implement innovative solutions that are consistent with our customer-centric approach to foster talent engagement and retention.
  • Analyze development needs and then propose and create development, training and communication programs that are consistent with the strategy.
  • Provide expertise to optimize human resources processes, business processes and technological tools.
  • Contribute to the development of different stakeholders\' change management skills through projects.

Your experience and skills will allow you to evolve and achieve your goals with us:
  • Support HR business partners in succession management, plan development and psychometric tests
  • Support leadership programs and propose ideas for continuous improvement in collaboration with our external business partners and our coordinator
  • Support development in the strategic sustainable development plan (environmental, social, and governance)
  • Ensure change management that respects Cascades\' approach and keep skilled talent engaged
  • Make thoughtful recommendations to management regarding change oversight
  • Develop and reevaluate processes aimed at organizational improvement and achieving business objectives
  • Lead projects in partnership with numerous stakeholders set up conditions to ensure their success
  • Advise managers and as an expert, recommend innovative solutions that promote employee experience
  • Diagnose organizational capacity and support needs to develop an appropriate strategy
  • Analyze development needs to then propose and create learning and development programs, as well as communication programs corresponding to the strategy
  • Apply your know-how to human resources processes, business processes and technological toolsContribute to the development of managers\' skills in change oversight within the framework of projects

  • You are familiar with project management and business processes
