Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting progress tracking result application)
Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics
2. Talent Infrastructure
Key talent programs: High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline
Employee growth initiatives: Promotion frameworks, engagement programs
Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops
3. Culture Operations
Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions
Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)
Drive employee experience improvement projects
Requirements
1. Mandatory
Fluent in Chinese (reading/writing)
3+ years in culture/organization/talent development
Valid US visa (for occasional short-term travel)
2. Core Competencies
Strong business acumen (quickly grasps operational logic)
