Assistant General Manager

to join our team at Oretta Hospitality Inc.

About The Role

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) is accountable for Assisting the General Manager with managing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable customer service, maximizing profitability, and overseeing staff. The AGM sets the standard through leadership, oversees Restaurant Operations and boosts business performance. They ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality expectations, and company policies.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager who has expertise in high-volume Dining or Casual Fine Dining Restaurants. Experience working on the floor with our management team is essential and we are looking for someone with leadership experience in:

-200+ seat business budgets
- 100+ Front of House staff
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Health & Safety adherence
- Guest Relations
- Assisting with on-site VIP guests and Events

In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, recently opened in October 2025.
