We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our growing team at our Niagara Falls office. This is an on-site, full-time position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer transactions. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on orders and gather feedback from clients. Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers and clients. Analyze order trends and provide insights for process improvements.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to articulate clearly and effectively. French language skills are considered an asset. Previous customer service, or administrative experience is highly desirable. Proficient in computer skills, email, and general office software, including experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing. Excellent analysis skills to identify trends and suggest improvements in the order processing workflow. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
