Order Picker and Packer
Morning Shift 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday
The
Order Picker and Packer
will sort, pack, and package materials and products. This position is responsible for ensuring that all items are handled with care, labeled correctly, and meet quality and safety standards. The Picker Packer works in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and accuracy while following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
What you will do:
Pick products according to work orders, production schedules, or shipping lists.
Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and condition before packing.
Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment or storage.
Follow company safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Support production line operations during downtime or peak demand. (Assembly work)
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
Basic math, counting, and reading skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with safety practices and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Need to be good with general computer tasks for packing orders.
Must have:
