Overview
Ridge cedar ltd. Is seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a front end loader to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations/ picking orders and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Loader Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are handled correctly, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
Operate a front end loader Load and unload customers Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Customer service .
Skills
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and front end loaders. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving procedures. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.65-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 49.5 per week
