Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, utilizing various warehouse equipment, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.

Duties

Select and pick customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems and order picking tools Ability to pick minimum 200 orders per day. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and inventory updates Support warehouse management in maintaining safety protocols and cleanliness of the work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control Strong attention to detail for accurate order selection and documentation Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform load & unload tasks Excellent teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with warehouse management systems or similar technology is preferred

Pay: $18.16-$20.00 per hour
