About the position



We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team full-time at our North York office. In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for managing service orders, coordinating with vendors and our clients and/or client coordinators, and ensuring timely delivery of services. You'll work closely with internal teams, telecom providers, and field technicians to keep projects moving and customers informed.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment of service orders for connectivity and infrastructure projects Liaise with telecom providers (e.g., Bell, Rogers, Telus, Cogeco) to track order status and resolve delays Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel trackers Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customer contacts to ensure alignment and timely execution Monitor shipping logistics, technician dispatch, and equipment returns Escalate issues proactively and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep projects on track Support provisioning documentation and ensure all data is up to date and audit-ready
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in order fulfilment, provisioning coordination, or telecom operations Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM/project management tools (Microsoft Dynamics an asset) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with strong follow-through and accountability Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Telecom industry experience preferred French-English bilingualism is an asset
