We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Fulfillment Manager who thrives in building systems, driving automation, streamlining processes, and ensuring best-in-class fulfillment operations.

Position Overview



The Logistics & Orders Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment, logistics, shipping operations, and inventory flow across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who is hands-on, deeply process-oriented, technologically capable, and passionate about building efficient, reliable, and scalable operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Logistics, Fulfillment & Shipping Management



Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment accuracy, and on-time delivery performance. Manage domestic and international shipping workflows, carriers, timelines, and compliance. Optimize shipping costs, routing strategies, and logistics agreements. Ensure exceptional fulfillment service levels for practitioners, retail customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Automation, Systems & Process Optimization



Design, implement, and continuously improve automation tools and workflows to streamline order management, logistics, and fulfillment. Evaluate and integrate systems such as CRM platforms, inventory management systems, shipping software, ERP tools, and automation platforms. Create standardized SOPs, documentation, and repeatable workflows. Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve operational bottlenecks. Lead innovation, initiatives to make operations faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Inventory & Operations Coordination



Oversee inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and forecasting in collaboration with procurement and production teams. Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouses, third-party logistics partners, and internal locations. Support planning related to product launches, restocking cycles, and high-volume demand periods. Coordinate logistics support for special programs, bulk shipments, practitioner orders, or international shipments

Leadership, Communication & Collaboration



Work collaboratively with operations, customer service, production, and leadership teams. Translate operational data into clear insights and recommendations. Train team members on new systems, automation tools, and workflows. Uphold a culture of efficiency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications



Minimum 8 years experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations management (nutraceutical, health products, CPG, or e-commerce industry experience preferred). Demonstrated expertise in building automation, process design, and operational system integration. Strong proficiency with shipping platforms, logistics technology, and order management systems. Experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, and international logistics is an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
