We're Hiring: Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Specialist

20-35 hours/week
Polaron Solar, one of Canada's leading residential solar providers, is looking for a
highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Specialist

What You'll Do:
Oversee end-to-end order processing , from receipt to final delivery
Collaborate closely with our marketing team, warehouse staff, and logistics partners
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels with regular stock audits
Manage inventory transfers, replenishments, and ensure stock accuracy
Handle inbound/outbound shipments and track orders through to completion
Maintain detailed records of all inventory and order transactions
Resolve discrepancies, manage returns, and ensure customer satisfaction
Generate and analyze inventory and order reports for leadership insights
What You Bring:
Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently
