As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our Child Care Agency, you will play a dual role in ensuring accurate processing of service orders while delivering exceptional support to families and child care providers. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will directly contribute to smooth operations and positive experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and process child care service requests, subsidies, and payment authorizations into agency systems.
Verify eligibility documents, service dates, and provider information for completeness.
Generate and distribute confirmation notices to families and providers.
Maintain up-to-date records in our child care management software.
Serve as first point of contact for families and providers via phone, email, and in-person.
Explain program policies, payment processes, and eligibility requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.93-$25.87 per hour
