As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our health food restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle order entry, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain accurate records while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Accuracy:
Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system, ensuring special requests (allergies, dietary preferences) are noted.
Verify order details, pricing, and payment information before finalizing transactions.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to clarify orders and resolve discrepancies.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist with menu questions, ingredient details, and recommendations.
Handle phone, online, and in-person orders with professionalism and efficiency.
Address customer concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
