:We are inviting applications for an Order Entry Customer Service role within the manufacturing industry. Based in Concord, Ontario, the position requires you to streamline customer service processes, efficiently manage order entries, and contribute significantly towards our production lines.Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Accurately maintain customer records, including order details and inquiries.
• Proactively assist customers with their inquiries, providing comprehensive support and solutions.
• Collaborate with production teams to organize scheduled jobs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Keep customer credit records updated, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Diligently label products as per defined guidelines, contributing to the organization and identification of goods.
• Regularly update order sheets, ensuring all relevant details are captured and updated.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
• Use your skills in Order Entry and Production Lines to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

• Proficiency in Order Entry processes and systems
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Production Lines and their operation
• Ability to accurately perform Labeling tasks
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
