Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders in the system. Ensure the correct details of orders, including quantities, product names, and prices. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Communicate with customers to clarify order details and provide status updates. Resolve order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. Generate order reports and ensure data integrity. Provide general administrative support as needed.

What We Expect from You:

Experience in order processing, data entry, or customer service is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and order management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A responsible and positive attitude.
