Order Desk Clerk

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receive orders from customers through on-line store, email, fax, or phone
  • Call customers to provide support over the phone
  • Shop orders accurately and efficiently
  • Scan and box grocery items as per guidelines and prepare order for delivery or pick-up
  • Process order payment through charge account, EMT or credit card
  • Apply Nutrition North subsidy savings for eligible customers
  • Correspond and speak with customers professionally at all times
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and organized
  • Work evenings and weekends
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Proven professionalism towards customer service
  • Proven multitasking and organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Basic computers skills are an asset
  • 1 to 2 years customer service
