Job Description

Dekora Album Co, based in North York, is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Order Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of custom client orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery.

This office based role involves processing orders, printing fine art prints (primarily professional photographers' work), and conducting meticulous quality inspections.

You will serve as a key liaison between clients, production teams, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure every order is handled accurately and efficiently, with clear, professional, and confident communication, both written and over the phone.

Strong organizational skills, follow through, and client focused service are essential to maintaining the high standards our professional clients expect.

Responsibilities :



Process and manage client orders from entry to delivery with accuracy and attention to detail.
Review files, prepare for printing or submit to suppliers; print and inspect fine art pieces.
Generate shipping labels, coordinate dispatch, and follow up on delivery issues or claims.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams via phone and email.
Maintain order tracking, perform end-of-day checks, and support general workflow tasks.
Handle additional administrative or related tasks as assigned.

Requirements :



Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Fluency in spoken and written English (client communication is part of this role).
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of the order process from start to finish.
Previous experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or administrative support is a bonus -- but not required.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
