Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager or designate, the duties and responsibilities of the Order Picker will include but will not be limited to:

Pick and assemble orders for outbound delivery or shipment in accordance with company standard operating procedures. Operating a cart, pallet jack and/or forklift pick products to the specifications of customer orders and verifying product numbers, as well as complete various tasks. Prepare orders for delivery or shipping, following company policies. Follow safety and sanitation programs in the warehouse. Complete all required logs and reports. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous work experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided. Commitment to safety standards and practices. Willingness to work with raw meat products. Willingness to work in a cold environment. Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively. Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor.
