The ideal candidate is expected to be an expert in providing architectural solutions for Oracle WebCenter Sites 11g & 12c. Candidate should have good experience in content modeling for effective content contribution, usability of the application, methods for content integration and migration, managing multilingual site content, search engine optimization and dynamic page delivery and caching strategies. The candidate should be a proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions and accept responsibility and risk. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to liaise with technical individuals to C-level executives.The opportunity:\xc2\xb7 Work with customer to defining the overall technical architecture for the web application\xc2\xb7 Guide the team in Design and Development of Core Oracle Webcenter Sites Components and Modules\xc2\xb7 Design an efficient and effective asset data model\xc2\xb7 Provide solutions and guidance to customize the code according to the business user requirements\xc2\xb7 Designing and developing Basic and Flex Asset Model, to work with Templates, CS Elements, Flex Attributes, Filters and Security Configuration.\xc2\xb7 Work on enabling the OOTB Flex families like Page asset family.\xc2\xb7 Implement Custom Filter Components.\xc2\xb7 Creating and Customizing the CS Elements, Wrappers and various templates using HTML and JSP code.\xc2\xb7 Work with WebCenter Sites tag libraries and Asset APIs, HTML and CSS for webpage creation.\xc2\xb7 Use Eclipse IDE for developing the project, which will be pushed to OWCS libraries.\xc2\xb7 Designing workflow based on business requirement\xc2\xb7 Guide to develop the utilities to upload and import file into the OWCS. Customizing the attributor editor and OWCS features as per business requirement.\xc2\xb7 Design overall web application solutions and individual applications\xc2\xb7 Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment\xc2\xb7 Hands on development in agile environment\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor development teams\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Senior Business Analysts, UX teams, and other client stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a web applicationThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:\xc2\xb7 Expertise in Oracle Webcenter Sites 11.1.8 and 12g, Sites Explorer, Eclipse IDE, CSDT plugin,Tomcat Server.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in designing an efficient and effective asset data model.\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and designing Web applications with scalability and performance for desktop and mobile devices.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MSSQL Server DB, Java 1.8, JSP, Java Script, JSON.\xc2\xb7 Experience with google analytics, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Windows, Linux, Putty, SQL Server Management Studio 2016, SVN as Version Control.\xc2\xb7 Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies\xc2\xb7 Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies\xc2\xb7 Excellent Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Scrum and Agile.\xc2\xb7 Experience overseeing team members\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills. Skills (Technologies/Methodologies):\xc2\xb7 Must Have:\xc2\xb7 Experience with Oracle WebCenter Sites 12c, 11g, Java, JSP, JSTL, JDBC\xc2\xb7 Experience with Weblogic, Tomcat Application Servers, Windows XP, MySQL\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of web-based technologies; HTTP, HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery and CSS3\xc2\xb7 Experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo and great debugging skills.\xc2\xb7 Great understanding with builds, software development and git\xc2\xb7 Jira, Confluence and other atlassian tools\xc2\xb7 Continuous Integration tools such as Bamboo, Git, SVN\xc2\xb7 Oracle Webcenter Portal, Oracle Database 11g, Stellent\xc2\xb7 Load balancers\xc2\xb7 Firewalls\xc2\xb7 Mac OS X Adobe Experience Manager\xc2\xb7 Overall Experience level: 10+ years in IT with min 2+ years as a technical/solution ArchitectCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: RemoteCompensation Range: $115,000-$173,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
