As an Oracle Functional Analyst, you will be a key player in the exciting path we are working on to improve and expand use of the Oracle system to drive effectiveness and employee experience across the company. Reporting to the Senior HRIS Manager, this role supports human resources, payroll, benefits, and system related services to our diverse group of our internal affiliated clients from many different industries.
System maintenance and support: Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Lead and manage new implementations of various complexity, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and promotion to production.
Ensure accurate system set up, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and optimize functionality to support HR processes.
Produce data analytics and reporting to help clients make informed decisions
Create and maintain documentation including process flows, work instructions, and training materials for system support and knowledge transfer for all types of users.
Analyze HR processes and provide tailored recommendations to process owners to improve user experience and improve efficiency
Keep current with best practices, industry/company standards, and compliance with data privacy and employment regulations and deliver work adhering to these standards
Collaborate with HR, internal IT, and leadership teams to understand business objectives and drive system improvements to align with these goals
Manage incidents and new enhancements to timely resolution in accordance with service level agreement
Post-secondary education in an IT-related field
1-3 years relevant experience
Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including system configuration, process optimization and best practices
Prior experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud is an asset
Strong ability to learn information management systems
Preference to Oracle Certified Specialist
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to understand customer needs and deliver system solutions
Must be able to communicate effectively in technical terms and on a business level
Can work independently and as a team player
High level of customer service / end user service orientation
Ability to work and deliver under tight time schedules
