We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst. The work location for this position is Burnaby, BC, and it is considered a Remote role.

This is a contractor position.

The Opportunity:

Working with a large team of analysts, developers, and testers, you will be responsible for enhancing and integrating the Oracle ERP applications that support the Ritchie Bros enterprise. Ritchie Bros has a very large implementation of Oracle ERP, including a mix of both on-premise and Cloud modules.

In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll:

• Work with the business users to analyze business problems; understand the requirements and objectives; liaise with IT team; adopt best practices and deliver documented solutions
• Understand end to end business processes, provide routine troubleshooting, support, and user training as well as analysis and solution development for functional and technical issues
• Participate in the implementation of new Oracle modules, roll-outs to new user groups, and major application upgrades
• Design new Oracle reports, interfaces, data conversions, extensions and workflows (RICEW) to satisfy business requirements.
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) version 12.1 or 12.2
• Hands on experience with at least 2 core Oracle Financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Costing or Purchasing
• Good understanding of Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) is an asset
• Experience with application configuration and functional design in an Oracle e-Business Suite environment is required
• Good understanding of contemporary systems, development methodologies and tools in a large corporate setting
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
