• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
• End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management
• Experience with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) is a plus
• Financial reporting and analysis experience
• Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies
• Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements
• Experience as a functional application specialist
• -Understanding of joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures and equity pickup
• Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 oral and written \xe2\x80\x93 and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
