Northern Sight Optometry is looking for a warm, motivated, and growth-oriented Optometrist to join our team for a minimum 6-month maternity leave coverage from May to October, with the option to transition into a long-term associate position afterward.

We are a family-focused, full-scope private practice in northern Vaughan. Our team is friendly, supportive, and genuinely laid-back -- the kind of environment where you'll enjoy coming to work every day!

Who We're Looking For:- A friendly, compassionate OD comfortable practicing full-scope optometry with routine and medical cases- Bonus: An OD with a strong interest in paediatrics and BV/VT (if you want to build confidence in this area, we will provide FREE access to the Pediatric Eye Care Masterclass course -- $597 value).

Schedule: Flexible, but tentatively:- Thursdays- Fridays- Alternating Saturdays

Compensation: We can discuss flexible payment models to make compensation feel fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial. Daily minimum or gross percentage options are available.
