We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a passion for patient care and eye health to join our dynamic team at Eyes 360!
As an Optometric Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our doctors and ensuring each patient has a smooth, comfortable, and informative experience during their visit.
?:
Greeting patients, collecting health information, and preparing for eye exams
Performing diagnostic tests (autorefractor, tonometry, OCT, Optos, visual fields, etc.)
Administering drops, recording medical history, and updating electronic records
Assisting with insurance and AHC billings, appointment bookings, and general clerical tasks
Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and ensuring patient privacy
Part-time position with availability to cover vacations or sick days
Education:
Grade 12 Diploma.
Experience
:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; optical industry experience considered an asset.
Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Other:
Must be willing to work at different locations
(High River and Okotoks)

Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
