We are a family-friendly optometry clinic and optical store. We are looking for an optometric technician and sales representative to join our team. We value a strong work ethic, a team-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills. We offer competitive remuneration, and qualified applicants will be given preference. Responsibilities will include: - Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival - Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments using our electronic medical system - Making invoices, processing payments, and billing third party insurances using an online portal - Faxing, filing/basic clerical duties - Performing preliminary testing on scheduled patients prior to them seeing the doctor - Sales of eyewear and lenses, as well as contact lenses Training will be provided, so experience is an asset but not required.
