What you will accomplish with us



As an Optimization and Efficiency Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting diagnostic assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans based on findings Designing, preparing, and facilitating optimization workshops (Kaizen, problem-solving) with iA Group organizational units Supporting managers and their teams in deploying continuous improvement activities until benefits are realized Contributing to process mapping according to best practices and Lean principles Determining financial and non-financial gains from optimization activities and ensuring proper follow-up

What will accelerate your success in this role



We are looking for someone who:

Has 3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization within a complex environment and holds a Green Belt certification Is recognized for in-depth knowledge of Lean principles and tools Stands out for strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and results-oriented mindset Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit Is known for the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves weekly email and videoconference exchanges with teams across Canada, including both French-speaking and English-only business lines
