Tsawwassen Optometry Clinic is looking for an optician/optometric assistant for our growing practice. Our office is a warm, patient-focused, and fun clinic that has been serving the community since 1983. We strive to provide individualized attention, and build relationships with each and every patient.

If you are outgoing, friendly, compassionate, a multi-tasker, and organized - this job is for you. We are looking for someone with optical experience, but are open to training the right candidate.

Duties include:

Assisting patients with frame and lens selection

Edging lenses, frame repairs and adjustments

Performing various clinical testing

Some reception duties, including booking appointments, taking payments and handling any other patient inquiries

Dry eye patient counselling and performing Inmode IPL/RF treatments

Various other tasks

You will be working directly with patients of all ages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
